Draft. Sprezz, the acquisition mandate, the contact addresses and the company details are still placeholders.

Portfolio

Three products. All of them ours to keep.

We started every one of them ourselves. Nothing here is on its way to a sale, and nothing is being run down while we look for the exit. There isn't one.

Sprezz

Our third product. Not described here until the description is accurate.

Details to follow

02 Textly

Every message you get, in one place, understood.

Messaging is split across five apps that do not talk to each other and cannot see the whole picture. Textly puts them in one inbox and runs the intelligence on the phone itself.

Unified inbox Channels

WhatsApp, SMS/MMS, Telegram, Discord and Slack in one thread list. SMS and MMS are Android-only, because Apple provides no API for a third-party app to read or send them. We would rather state that than imply otherwise.

iOS & Android

Intelligence AI layer

Search across every channel at once, summaries of threads you have been away from, suggested replies, and actions you can take without leaving the inbox.

On-device

Privacy Architecture

The models run on the phone. There is no Textly server holding your messages, no third-party inference provider, and no analytics SDK. That is the product, not a policy page.

No cloud

Actions Automation

Appointments, invoices, parcel tracking and tasks are recognised in the messages that mention them and surfaced as things you can act on. Scam and spam detection runs in the same pass.

Built in

03 Hustly

Time people were spending anyway, paid for.

Rewards apps are a crowded and largely dishonest category. Hustly's bet is that what people actually want is to know, at any moment, exactly what they have earned and when it lands.

Earn Sources

Games with stated milestones, app trials, surveys, and cashback from brands people already shop with. No mystery about what a task is worth before starting it.

Four sources

Wallet Clarity

One balance with three honest states: available, pending, confirmed. The category's usual trick is blurring the difference between them.

Single balance

Payout Cash out

PayPal or a SEPA bank transfer, with the minimums stated up front rather than discovered at the moment you try to withdraw.

PayPal · SEPA

Cost Business model

Free to join. The revenue comes from the brands, which is the only version of this model that does not end up charging the user twice.

04 What they have in common

Three unrelated products, one set of rules.

A messaging client and a rewards app share no code and no audience. What they share is what we will and will not do to the people using them.

01

The user is not the product

We do not sell user data: not to advertisers, not to brokers, not as an anonymised aggregate with a clever name. In Textly's case the architecture is built so that we could not if we wanted to.

02

Say the limitation out loud

Textly cannot do SMS on iPhone, because Apple does not allow it. Hustly's payout minimums are real minimums. Both are stated in the product rather than discovered later.

03

Free means free

Neither product has a paid tier that unlocks something deliberately withheld, and neither carries advertising. Where the money comes from is stated where the user can see it.

04

Nothing gets harvested

No product here exists to be milked and shut down. If we ever cannot fund one properly we will say so, rather than quietly stop developing it.

The fourth one does not have to be ours.

We build, and we buy. If you own a software product with real users and you would rather it kept going than got wound down, that is the conversation we want.
