What this website does and does not collect, and what rights you have over it.

This page is a skeleton and needs legal review. It reflects how the site is built today. If a contact form, embedded media, a font or script loaded from another domain, or any analytics is added, this text must be updated first.

1. Who is responsible

Savvant. TO BE COMPLETED: full legal name, registered address and country of incorporation. Contact: TO BE COMPLETED. Where required, an EU or UK representative: TO BE COMPLETED, or a statement that none is required.

2. What this site collects

Nothing beyond what is technically unavoidable. This website is a set of static files. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, and no embedded third-party content. Fonts, styles, scripts and images are served from this domain, so loading a page makes no request to any other party.

Because nothing is stored in your browser, there is no consent banner. That is not an omission.

3. Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard access data when a page is requested: IP address, timestamp, the file requested, referrer and user agent. This is necessary to deliver the site and to defend it against abuse.

Legal basis for EU and UK visitors: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure, functioning delivery. Retention: TO BE COMPLETED, meaning your provider's actual log retention period. Processor: TO BE COMPLETED. Name the hosting provider and confirm a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

4. Contacting us by email

The addresses on this site are plain email links; there is no form and no data is submitted through the website itself. If you write to us, we process your message and contact details in order to reply, on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Correspondence about a possible acquisition is treated as confidential and kept for as long as commercially necessary, then deleted.

5. International transfers

TO BE COMPLETED. Savvant is not established in the EEA, so serving European visitors involves a transfer of personal data out of it. Name the mechanism relied on (for example EU standard contractual clauses, or an adequacy decision covering the country of incorporation), and do the same for the hosting and email providers.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you have the right to access your data (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

TO BE COMPLETED: check whether the country of incorporation, or any market the products are sold into, adds rights that need stating here.

7. The products are separate

This notice covers this website only. Textly, Hustly and Sprezz each operate as their own service with their own privacy notice, and this page does not describe how any of them handles personal data. Textly's intelligence runs on the device rather than on a server, but that claim belongs in Textly's own notice, where it can be made precisely.

8. Changes

Last updated: TO BE COMPLETED. We will revise this notice whenever the site's data handling changes.
